1/2 cup sliced grape tomatoes
2 tablespoon capers, drained
1 cup shredded cheese (Mozzarella, cheddar, gouda, pepper jack… pretty much anything goes!)
1 - Chopped fresh dill or parsley, for (optional) garnish
